04:28 AM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ballard Power Systems ( BLDP ) said late Monday it has appointed director Marty Neese as chief executive and president, effective July 7, replacing Randy MacEwen, who will step down.

The company said MacEwen will remain as CEO until Neese's start date and will then remain available in an advisory capacity through Sept. 30.
