04:35 AM EDT, 04/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bally's (BALY) filed a prospectus Friday for the sale of up to 7.9 million of its common shares held by SBG Gaming as the selling shareholder.

The shares are issuable upon exercise of penny warrants that were previously issued to SBG Gaming, according to the prospectus. Bally's said SBG Gaming may sell the shares from time to time through public or private transactions.
