10:31 AM EDT, 09/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bally's (BALY) said Monday it plans to build Bally's Las Vegas, a new resort and entertainment destination to be built on the former site of the Tropicana Las Vegas in Las Vegas.

The 35-acre project, pending Clark County approvals, is expected to begin construction in the first half of 2026, the casino-entertainment company said, adding that it will feature two luxury hotel towers with a total of 3,000 rooms designed by Marnell Architecture.

Bally's is collaborating with Jones Lang LaSalle ( JLL ) , which will lead retail and dining sourcing with Vice Chairman Michael Hirschfeld heading the global leasing team to bring a mix of global brands and local favorites.

Shares of Bally's were up 6.3% in recent Monday trading.
