05:55 PM EDT, 10/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Banc of California ( BANC ) said Wednesday that Chief Operating Officer John Sotoodeh will leave the company, effective Nov. 7, to explore other opportunities and relocate to Texas to spend more time with his family.

Sotoodeh will provide transition support to the company in an advisory role through the date of his departure, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
