Banco Macro, Fintech Digital to Acquire Banco Saenz

01:02 PM EDT, 03/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Banco Macro ( BMA ) and Fintech Digital agreed to purchase all of the outstanding stock and voting rights of Banco Saenz from a trio of individual investors for $2 million plus an amount in Argentine pesos equal to shareholders' equity to be determined before closing.

The sellers are Liliana Monica Fravega, Facundo Fravega, and Luciano Gonzalez-Lobo, Banco Macro ( BMA ) said Friday in a statement.

The closing of the transaction is subject to the approval of Argentina's central bank.

Price: 69.67, Change: +0.95, Percent Change: +1.38
