08:33 AM EDT, 10/30/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Banco Santander-Chile ( BSAC ) reported Q3 net income Wednesday of 1.29 Chilean pesos ($0.0013) per share, up from 0.30 pesos a year earlier.

Two analysts polled by Capital IQ expected 1.12 pesos.

Total operating income for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was 694.69 billion pesos, up from 426.25 billion pesos a year earlier.

Shares of the company were down 4.2% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
