Bancorp Closes $200 Million Offering of Senior Notes

04:53 PM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bancorp (TBBK) said late Monday it closed the offering of $200 million of 7.375% senior notes due 2030.

Net proceeds of around $197 million will be used to completely repay the outstanding of its 4.75% senior notes due 2025, fund its share buyback program, and for general corporate purposes, according to the company.
