05:16 PM EDT, 03/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bancorp (TBBK) received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq after the company failed to file its annual report on Form 10-K for 2024 on time with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notice has no immediate effect on the listing or share trading, the company said Thursday in a statement.

The company has 60 days to either file the report or submit a plan to regain compliance with the requirement.

"The company continues to work diligently to complete the annual report," according to the statement.

Bancorp shares fell 2% in after-hours trading.
