06:46 AM EDT, 10/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of America ( BAC ) and the Bank of New York Mellon ( BK ) are being sued by a woman who was allegedly abused by the late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein over claims that the banks provided him with services that facilitated his sex trafficking, news outlets reported Wednesday.

The woman is seeking unspecified damages from both banks, Reuters reported.

Bank of New York Mellon ( BK ) declined to comment, and Bank of America ( BAC ) did not immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
