Bank of America Plans Redemption of $2 Billion of Senior Notes

04:47 PM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of America ( BAC ) said late Monday it will redeem all $2 billion principal amount outstanding of its 4.83% fixed/floating rate senior notes due July 2026.

The redemption price is equal to 100% of the principal amount of the notes plus interest and has the redemption date of July 22.
