09:18 AM EST, 02/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of America ( BAC ) said Monday that digital interactions by its customers rose 12% to 26 billion in 2024 through digital logins and proactive alerts.

The bank said 37.6 million customers opted to receive digital alerts, up 7% year-over-year.

A record 38 million customers moved $2.3 trillion digitally last year in about 3 billion transactions, Bank of America ( BAC ) said.
