Bank of America to Fully Redeem $2.35 Billion of Euro-Denominated Senior Notes

07:48 AM EDT, 09/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of America ( BAC ) said Friday that it will redeem all 2 billion euros ($2.35 billion) of its floating rate senior notes due Sept. 22, which were issued under its $65 billion euro medium-term note program.

The bank said it will request the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange to cancel the listing of the notes and admission to trading after the redemption date.
