05:32 PM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of Hawaii ( BOH ) said late Tuesday it appointed Bradley S. Satenberg as vice chair and chief financial officer, following the retirement of Dean Shigemura.

Satenberg joined the company in July 2024 as senior executive vice president and deputy to the CFO.

Shigemura will remain with the company as a consultant through June 2026, Bank of Hawaii ( BOH ) said.
