Dec 5 (Reuters) - Canada's Bank of Montreal ( BERZ )
reported a drop in fourth-quarter profit on Thursday as the bank
set aside more in rainy day funds to cover for potential loan
losses.
The bank reported an adjusted profit of C$1.54 billion
($1.10 billion), or C$1.90 per share, in the three months ended
Oct. 31, compared with C$2.24 billion, or C$2.93 per share, in
the year-ago period.
