09:18 AM EDT, 06/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of New York Mellon ( BK ) said Thursday that it will redeem all of the 3.430% fixed-and-floating rate callable senior notes due June 13, 2025, with an outstanding principal amount of $362.7 million.

The company said it will redeem the notes on June 13 at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount of the notes, plus any accrued and unpaid interest.
