09:10 AM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of New York Mellon ( BK ) said Monday that it will redeem all of its issued and outstanding floating rate senior notes due April 25 for an aggregate principal amount of $400 million.

The lender said the redemption price is equal to 100% of the principal amount plus any interest. The notes will be redeemed on March 25.

Shares were 0.3% lower in recent premarket activity.
