10:40 AM EDT, 03/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of New York Mellon ( BK ) said Thursday it will redeem on March 26 all of its issued and outstanding floating rate senior notes due April 26.

The notes have an aggregate principal amount of $400 million, according to the company.

The redemption price will include 100% of the principal amount along with any accrued and unpaid interest, Bank of New York Mellon ( BK ) added.

The company said redemption price will be paid through the facilities of the Depository Trust.
