08:51 AM EDT, 05/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of New York Mellon ( BK ) said Thursday its banking unit will redeem all $500 million of its 5.148% senior notes due 2026 on May 22.

The company said the notes will be repaid at full face value plus accrued interest up to, but not including, the redemption date. Interest will stop accruing after that date, and the securities will no longer be considered outstanding, it added.
