07:56 AM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son ( NTB ) said Tuesday that Michael Schrum was named as its chief financial officer to succeed Craig Bridgewater, who stepped down from the role to pursue other opportunities.

Schrum is a member of the company's board and was Butterfield's CFO from 2015 to 2022, according to the statement.

Butterfield said Bridgewater will remain available to the company's senior management through the end of the year to ensure a smooth transition.
