Earlier, the company reported Q3 earnings of $1.24 per diluted share, up from $0.85 a year earlier.

Three analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.07.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30, expressed as the sum of net interest income and noninterest income, was $24.9 million, up from $21.8 million a year earlier.

Two analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $23 million.
