12:24 PM EDT, 11/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BankFinancial ( BFIN ) said Friday its board extended the expiration date of the share repurchase authorization to June 16, 2025, from Dec. 15, 2024.

BankFinancial ( BFIN ) has a total of 182,193 shares remaining under the program as of Oct. 31.

The board also maintained quarterly dividend at $0.10 per share, payable Nov. 29 to shareholders of record Nov. 15.
