Banner Q2 Earnings Flat, Revenue Slips

04:33 PM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Banner (BANR) late Wednesday reported Q2 net income of $1.15 per diluted share, same as a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.14.

Revenue during the three months ended June 30, calculated as the sum of net interest income and total noninterest income, was $149.7 million, down from $150.9 million a year ago.

Analysts expected $151.8 million.

The bank holding company also retained quarterly cash dividend at $0.48 per share, payable Aug. 16 to shareholders of record on Aug. 6.
