Banzai International Receives Extension From Nasdaq to Regain Compliance

12:47 PM EDT, 10/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Banzai International ( BNZI ) said Wednesday it has received an extension from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel to regain compliance with continued listing requirements.

The marketing technology company said it is required to submit an application for listing on The Nasdaq Capital Market by Oct. 7, and show compliance with the minimum bid price and market value requirements by Jan. 31, 2025.
