Baozun Appoints Catherine Zhu CFO

07:43 AM EDT, 04/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Baozun ( BZUN ) said Friday it has appointed Catherine Zhu as chief financial officer, effective immediately, succeeding Arthur Yu.

Zhu joined the company in 2020 and is currently the vice president of finance, Baozun ( BZUN ) added.

Yu will remain as president of Baozun E-commerce, the company said.
