Bar Harbor Bankshares Gets Shareholder Approval for Guaranty Bancorp Merger

04:48 PM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bar Harbor Bankshares ( BHB ) said Tuesday that Guaranty Bancorp, the parent of Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank, held a shareholder meeting on June 12 at which Guaranty's shareholders approved the merger with Bar Harbor.

The merger of Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank and Bar Harbor Bank & Trust is expected to be completed this summer, Bar Harbor said.
