Barings Supports Strategic Acquisitions by Inverness Graham Investments’ Portfolio Company, Innovia Medical

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

Barings, one of the world’s leading investment managers, announced today that it served as sole lender of senior secured credit facilities to support Inverness Graham Investments’ portfolio company, Innovia Medical, in its strategic acquisitions of Grace Medical and Hurricane Medical.

Headquartered in St. Paul, MN, Innovia Medical (“Innovia”) is a leading manufacturer of single-use surgical products and sterile processing systems for a broad range of surgical applications.
