Barnes & Noble Education Files Mixed Shelf Offering of Up to $40 Million

05:39 PM EST, 12/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Barnes & Noble Education ( BNED ) said it plans to offer from time to time a mixed shelf of securities the size of which will not exceed $40 million.

The securities that may be offered in one or more offerings include debt securities, common and preferred stock, depositary shares, warrants, units, and rights, the company said in a regulatory filing late Wednesday.

Shares of the company fell 2% in after-hours activity.
