04:42 PM EDT, 06/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Barrett Business Services ( BBSI ) said late Wednesday it has appointed Joseph Clabby as chairman of the board.

Clabby succeeds Tony Meeker, who will remain on the board as a member.

Clabby was named vice chairman of the board in December 2024, after first joining as a director in September 2022.

The company said the vice chairman position will remain vacant for now.
