BAMAKO, June 16 (Reuters) - Barrick Mining ( B ) will

appeal a Malian court's decision to appoint a provisional

administrator for its Loulo-Gounkoto gold complex, the company's

West Africa director said on Monday.

"We take note of the decision, the appointment of an

administrator whom we know well. It is a court decision. We will

appeal," Mamadou Samake said.
