04:54 PM EDT, 07/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bausch Health ( BHC ) said late Thursday it appointed Steven Lee as senior vice president, controller and chief accounting officer, starting Monday.

Lee was previously the vice president and chief financial officer for the Industrial and Energy Division and the North America Division at BrandSafway, a portfolio company of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice and Brookfield Business Partners ( BBU ) , the company said.
