09:24 AM EDT, 03/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Baxter International ( BAX ) said Monday its Chief Financial Officer, Joel Grade, is leaving the company.

The company said it has named Chief Accounting Officer Anita Zielinski, effective immediately, to the additional role of interim chief financial officer until a permanent successor is found.

Grade will continue as an advisor until April 30, Baxter said.

The company also reiterated its 2026 guidance provided with its Q4 financial results Feb. 12.

Shares of the company were up 1.7% in Monday's premarket activity.
