09:16 AM EDT, 07/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Baxter International ( BAX ) said Monday that Andrew Hider has been named as president, chief executive and a member of the board, effective no later than Sept. 3.

Hider succeeds Brent Shafer, who will transition from chair and interim CEO to independent chair of the board, Baxter International ( BAX ) said.

Hider is joining the Baxter International ( BAX ) from ATS Corporation (ATS), where he has been CEO since 2017, the company said.
