BayCom Approves Up to 560,000 Share Buyback Program

04:53 PM EDT, 05/24/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BayCom ( BCML ) said late Friday its board has approved a repurchase program for up to 560,000 shares, or about 5% of its outstanding shares, for one year.

The new program will begin upon completion of the current buyback program expiring on April 21, 2025, the company said.

Price: 20.58, Change: +0.22, Percent Change: +1.08
