09:01 AM EDT, 07/09/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Baylin Technologies ( BYLTF ) , a global wireless technology company, said Tuesday that it will sell its mobile and network business unit, which designs and manufactures antennas for wireless communications products, to a buyer from Korea.

The purchase price includes substantially all liabilities of the business. Baylin ( BYLTF ) expects the deal to close in the third quarter.
