Baylin Technologies, Up Almost 12%, Upgrades Bryant-Denny Stadium Connectivity

04:33 PM EDT, 09/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Baylin Technologies ( BYLTF ) , up 12% on Wednesday, said after market close its Galtronics subsidiary installed its antennas throughout the University of Alabama's Bryant-Denny stadium, which can seat more than 100,000.

The legacy system in the stadium was upgraded with more than 400 Galtronics DAS and stadium antennas and multibeam antennas to support 5G C-Band spectrum and 3300-4200 MHz.

"The University of Alabama has one of the most prominent teams in the SEC (Southeastern Conference) and it was an honour to upgrade the attendee experience at the stadium ahead of the 2024 football season," said chief eExecutive Leighton Carroll. "More and more of the nation's top college and professional sports venues are choosing Galtronics' antennas."

Baylin ( BYLTF ) shares closed up $0.055 to $0.52 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
