08:36 AM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Baylin Technologies ( BYLTF ) said Tuesday that its Advantech Wireless Technologies subsidiary received a $665,000 purchase order from a U.S.-based system integrator for its 200-watt outdoor S-band gallium nitride solid state power amplifiers.

Baylin ( BYLTF ) said the amplifiers will be integrated into the U.S. Defense Department's battlefield terminals to support the U.S. warfighters.

"Being trusted by defense contractors to support battlefield terminals for the U.S. DOD demonstrates the quality of our technology and its reliability," chief executive officer Leighton Carroll said.

Baylin's ( BYLTF ) share price closed 3.5% higher to $0.295 on the TSX Monday.
