09:15 AM EDT, 09/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BCE's (BCE) Bell unit and underground mining equipment manufacturer MacLean said Tuesday they have signed a partnership to enhance equipment interoperability.

Financial terms weren't disclosed.

Under the collaboration, Bell is deploying its private mobile network at MacLean's research and training site in Sudbury, Ontario, to improve safety, drive sustainable practices, and lower vehicle emissions, the companies said.
