08:37 AM EDT, 07/18/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BCE's (BCE.TO) Bell Canada, and NYSE-listed ServiceNow ( NOW ) , the AI platform for business transformation, on Thursday announced a multi-year agreement to accelerate Bell's transformation to meet customer demand for tech services and digital media.

According to a statement, Bell will expand its use of the ServiceNow ( NOW ) platform, which will streamline several areas of the business, including Network, Customer and Field Service Operations and Corporate Services. It said this expansion will allow Bell to automate scheduling to better meet customer requests and use solutions that will meet customers' needs in "hours or days versus weeks."

The collaboration builds on an initial engagement announced last November.
