08:27 AM EDT, 10/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- BD Life Sciences (BDX) said Monday it has launched commercial sales of an automation tool that it claims will help achieve greater consistency and efficiency in the large-scale study of single cells.

The company said its reagent kits combined with Hamilton robotics tools can help streamline workflows, potentially reduce human errors, and speed discoveries in the search for oncology and immunology treatments.

The tool "standardizes traditionally manual processes and speeds the generation of material for genetic sequencing," the company said.
