09:20 AM EDT, 04/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Beacon Roofing Supply ( BECN ) said Monday that it has completed its acquisition of General Siding Supply.

The acquisition includes General Siding Supply's headquarters in Omaha, as well as four branches in Lincoln, Nebraska, Grand Island, Nebraska, Sioux City, Iowa, and West Fargo, North Dakota, according to Beacon. Financial terms were not disclosed.

"This acquisition deepens our complementary building product offering and adds branch locations that expand our branch network in key markets," Bill Sarvis, Beacon's regional vice president, Midwest, said in a release.

So far in 2024, Beacon said it has completed three acquisitions that have added 12 branches, and has signed a purchase agreement for a fourth acquisition.
