10:03 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Becton, Dickinson and Co. ( BDX ) said Monday it has received US Food and Drug Administration 510(k) clearance and the EU's CE mark for its enteric bacterial panel and enteric bacterial panel plus for its COR system.

The panels use polymerase chain reaction, or PCR, technology to test for a range of gastrointestinal bacterial pathogens, helping to simplify workflows for clinicians, the company said.

Becton, Dickinson ( BDX ) shares were down 1.7% in recent trading.
