Becton, Dickinson Keeps Dividend at $1.04 a Share; Share Buyback Authorization Boosted

04:59 PM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Becton, Dickinson ( BDX ) said Tuesday its board kept the quarterly dividend at $1.04 a share, payable March 31 to investors of record March 10.

The company said the board expanded its share repurchase authorization to buy up to an additional 10 million shares.
