08:39 AM EDT, 09/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bed Bath & Beyond ( BBBY ) said Monday it has purchased Kirkland's Home trade name and related brand assets from The Brand House Collective for $10 million.

The acquisition is expected to expand Kirkland's Home into the wholesale market and set up a new recurring revenue stream, Bed Bath & Beyond ( BBBY ) said.

The company also said will it continue to receive the same collaboration fee as in the existing arrangement, which will now include revenue from the wholesale channel.
