Belgravia Hartford Capital Announces 100% Bitcoin Directed $10 Million Private Placement Financing

02:19 PM EDT, 06/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Belgravia Hartford Capital ( BLGVF ) on Tuesday announced a non-brokered private placement for aggregate proceeds of up toC$10 million.

The placement will offer up to 40-million share units priced at $0.25 each and made up of a share and one half of a one-year warrant to buy a second share for $0.50 .

The company said proceeds of the offering will be used exclusively to purchase Bitcoin, in line with Belgravia's strategic objective of building a strong Bitcoin treasury.

The company's shares were last seen up $0.08 to $0.32 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Price: 0.32, Change: +0.08, Percent Change: +33.33
