Bell Prices $1.13-Billion Tender Offer for Debt Securities

01:52 PM EDT, 03/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Bell Canada, a subsidiary of BCE (BCE.TO) on Tuesday priced its offer to purchase for cash all tendered $1.13 billion of the 3.50% MTN Debentures Series due 2050.

Payment will be made on the settlement date, expected on March 27.

Bell noted that there will be $119 million of the 3.50% debentures outstanding after the offer is completed.

BCE was last seen down $0.02 to $32.25 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Price: 32.33, Change: +0.07, Percent Change: +0.20
