09:44 AM EST, 02/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brightcove's ( BCOV ) acquisition by Bending Spoons for $4.45 a share, or about $233 million in an all-cash deal, has been completed, Bending Spoons said Tuesday.

The definitive agreement was signed in November, Bending Spoons said.

Brightcove ( BCOV ) is now a privately-held company, and its shares will no longer be listed on any public stock exchange, the Italy-based technology company said.
