Bentley Systems Acquires Cesium

09:20 AM EDT, 09/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bentley Systems ( BSY ) said Friday that it has acquired 3D geospatial company Cesium.

Financial terms of the deal were not provided.

Bentley said that with the acquisition, Cesium's chief executive officer, Patrick Cozzi, was appointed as its chief platform officer.
