09:44 AM EDT, 03/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Bentley Systems ( BSY ) on Thursday named chief operating officer Nicholas Cumins as its next chief executive officer starting July 1.

Cumins will succeed Greg Bentley, a co-founder of the company, who will become executive chair of the company's board of directors.

Cumins, who joined the UK software infrastructure company in 2020, will also be nominated to serve as a member of the board.
