06:31 AM EST, 12/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Berkshire Hathaway ( BRK/A ) said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Marc Hamburg will retire from the company on June 1, 2027.

Hamburg will be succeeded by Charles Chang as CFO, effective June 1, 2026. Chang has served as CFO of Berkshire Hathaway Energy since 2024.

Moreover, the company has appointed Michael O'Sullivan to the newly created position of general counsel, effective Jan. 1, 2026.

O'Sullivan joins Berkshire Hathaway ( BRK/A ) from Snap (SNAP), where he has served as general counsel since 2017.
