05:00 PM EST, 01/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Berkshire Hills Bancorp ( BHLB ) filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday covering the potential resale of up to about 3.4 million shares by some stockholders from time to time.

The company said it issued the shares to the selling shareholders in a private placement that closed in December.

The company's shares were down over 4% in after-hours activity.
